Copyright and trademark

We are based in Peru and not subject to the US DMCA, but we follow an equivalent notice-and-takedown process because it is the fastest way to fix a real problem.

The limit is the same one that applies to everything here: we can remove content from our interfaces and unpin files from our IPFS account. We cannot alter a deployed contract, delete on-chain metadata, or purge a file from IPFS nodes run by other people.

Email contact@zeroliquidity.xyz with the subject “Copyright notice” and include: identification of the work you own; the URL on this site plus the token's contract address and network; your name, address and email; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your signature (typed is fine).

Incomplete notices slow everything down. Notices sent in bad faith can make you liable for damages under the law that applies to you.

Email us with the subject “Trademark complaint” including: the mark, its registration number and jurisdiction (or the basis of your unregistered rights); the goods or services it covers; the token's contract address, network and the URL complained of; why the use is likely to confuse; and your contact details.

We look for confusion, not coincidence. A token that merely shares a word with your mark in an obviously satirical context is usually not something we will remove; a token presenting itself as your official token is.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to contact@zeroliquidity.xyz with an explanation, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the removal was an error.

We will pass your counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not pursue the matter, we may restore the display of the content.

We stop displaying content from wallets that repeatedly upload infringing material. As always, this affects what this site shows, not what exists on chain.

“ZeroLiquidity”, the prism logo and this interface's design are ours. You may use the name and logo to refer to the protocol — in an article, a tutorial, an integration, a token that trades here — as long as you do not suggest that we built, endorse, audit or run your project.

Do not use them in your own token's name, symbol or branding in a way that implies an official ZeroLiquidity token. There is none.
