Privacy policy

ZeroLiquidity is operated by ZeroLabs CH-PE, based in Lima, Peru — the same entity that licenses the contract sources. It is a small team: there is no support desk and no staff on call. The only contact channel for legal, privacy and takedown matters is contact@zeroliquidity.xyz.

This policy is written to comply with Peru's Personal Data Protection Act (Ley N.° 29733) and its regulation, and to be honest with users elsewhere, including the EEA and the UK.

We run no user accounts, no mailing list, no advertising, no analytics product, no error-tracking product and no tracking cookies. There is no database of users, because there are no users to put in it.

The interface reads public blockchain data and shows it to you. Almost everything you see is fetched by your own browser, directly from an RPC endpoint or from our indexer.

Wallet address: your browser knows it and sends it to RPC endpoints and to our indexer to fetch what belongs to you. We do not store it, do not link it to a profile and do not keep a history of your visits. A wallet address is public chain data, but combined with activity it can identify you, so we treat it as personal data.

IP address: our two upload endpoints keep a short-lived, in-memory counter per IP to rate-limit abuse. It lives in the memory of the process handling the request, is written to no database, and disappears when the process recycles. Our hosting provider and our indexer's server also keep standard access logs for security purposes.

Content you upload: token name, symbol, description, image or video, and links. This is published by design — to IPFS and to the chain — and is public forever.

That is the whole list. We do not process your name, your email address, your identity documents, your location or a device fingerprint.

To provide the interface you asked for: performance of the relationship between you and us.

To stop abuse of the upload endpoints and keep the site online: our legitimate interest in the security of the service.

To comply with a legal obligation, where one applies to us.

We do not profile you, and we make no automated decisions with legal effects about you.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site and serves it worldwide.

Pinata, which pins the files and metadata you upload to IPFS.

WalletConnect / Reown, which pairs your wallet with the interface when you use that method.

The RPC providers of each supported network, which see the requests your browser makes.

Our own indexer at api.zeroliquidity.xyz, which serves charts, trade history and the ETH/USD price.

We do not sell data and we have no advertising partners. Some of these providers are outside Peru, so using the site involves an international transfer of the limited data described above; we rely on those providers' own contractual safeguards for it.

Anything written to a blockchain — contract addresses, token metadata, your transactions — is permanent, replicated worldwide and impossible for us to edit or delete. So is anything pinned to IPFS once other nodes have copied it.

This is the honest limit of every right below: we can act on data in our own systems, and there is very little of it. We cannot act on the chain.

Rate-limit counters: minutes, in memory only.

Server access logs: only as long as they are useful for security, and no longer than 30 days.

Uploaded content: for as long as the token is displayed in our interfaces, and permanently on IPFS regardless.

Under Peruvian law you have rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO) over your personal data; under the GDPR you additionally have rights to restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to contact@zeroliquidity.xyz and we will answer within the legal deadline.

In practice most requests will get the same answer: we hold nothing about you to give, correct or erase. We will say so plainly rather than pretend to a process we do not run.

If you think we handled your request badly, you can complain to Peru's Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos), or to the supervisory authority of your own country if you are elsewhere.

The interface is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process data of minors. If you believe a minor has used it, write to us.

There is no user database to breach, which is the strongest security measure available to us. The site is served over HTTPS, and the credentials used for pinning to IPFS live only on the server and never reach your browser.

No system is perfectly secure. If something material happens, we will publish it on this page.

If we ever add analytics, storage beyond the strictly necessary, or any form of account, this page changes before that ships — not after.
